Payment process
After you submit the contact form with your chosen tier, Leila Farouk confirms scope by email within one business day. Payment is due upon acceptance via bank transfer to our ETA-registered account or PayPal invoice for international clients. We issue VAT-compliant receipts with Tax ID 682-415-903. No automatic recurring charges except editorial retainer agreements signed separately.
Refunds apply only if we miss the stated turnaround without notice. Weather, site closures, or ministry schedule changes are documented in your dossier but do not qualify for refunds—those are travel realities we help you plan around.
Pricing FAQ
Can I combine Alexandria Desk with Nile Corridor?
Yes. Many clients book Alexandria Desk for arrival week then upgrade to Nile Corridor before flying south. We credit EGP 2,800 from the desk tier toward the corridor invoice when booked within fourteen days.
Do prices include museum tickets?
No. Dossiers list current EGP ticket snapshots; you purchase at official counters. We never markup admission fees.
Is the retainer in USD only?
International retainers invoice in USD. Egyptian institutions may pay in EGP at the Central Bank daily rate on invoice date.
What if I only need budget routing?
Start with our free budget museum routes guide. Paid Budget Route Audit is EGP 2,400 as an add-on to any tier.
Are rush fees available?
Forty-eight-hour rush adds thirty percent during October–March peak season when editor capacity allows.

Volume and agency inquiries
Travel agencies requesting white-label PDFs are declined—we sell to end travelers and institutions, not resale intermediaries. Documentary productions may negotiate site-specific verification days billed per editor half-day beyond retainer.
Planning note
Independent travelers should cross-check our hour tables on arrival day because ministry counters can post handwritten hour changes before digital updates propagate.
Editorial standard
Egypt Muse Editorial publishes named verification dates so you can judge freshness without guessing from prose tone alone.
Coastal perspective
Mediterranean arrival pacing differs from Cairo-first plans—allow one Corniche recovery evening before domestic flights south.
Ticket discipline
Photograph your own ticket stubs at gates if you plan to send corrections—we timestamp against your EXIF when possible.
Transit realism
Microbus and tram times in our guides reflect measured averages not theoretical map distances.
