Walk-in visitors welcome Tuesday and Thursday 10:00–14:00; appointments preferred so an editor with relevant field notes is available. The office sits two blocks from San Stefano tram stop toward the Corniche.
Before you write

We do not request passport scans or credit card numbers by email. Payment instructions arrive only after scope confirmation from Leila Farouk.
What happens after you submit
Your brief enters our Sunday–Thursday queue. An editor with recent walks in your target cities replies with clarifying questions or a scope summary. Once you accept scope, we send payment instructions and begin the five- or ten-business-day production window depending on tier.
During your travel week, the same editor remains on email for forty-eight-hour response on logistics questions—not for rebooking hotels or guides, but for interpreting dossier notes against live conditions you report from gates.

Sample brief that gets fast reply
Good brief: "Two adults, 14–28 March 2027, Borg El Arab arrival, Alexandria two days, Cairo Tahrir one day, Luxor three days, Aswan with Abu Simbel convoy, moderate walking, no guide hire, budget EGP 12,000 tickets and transit excluding hotels." Bad brief: "We want to see Egypt" without dates or cities.
